Get my $19.99 back because website would not let me cancel
I tried to cancel subscription for a 7 day trial and I get a message that cancellation failed. I tried several times with no luck.
I tried call 559-702-**** and after several minutes they would end the call. Tried numerous times. Then I sent an emal and they cancelled the order but did not credit me the 19.99. Because I could not cancel on the website I was not able to cancel and I finally sent a email to the link to ask a question.
I found customer service and again they hung up on me and then found another email and sent the message below but it would not go through because they said I had an account. That does not make sense because they email is for complaints.
In order to complain you have to have had an account. Pease help me get back my $19.99.
